Make convenience, inconvenient.
Just from the title, today's podcast sounds weird right? Well I'd like to give you some tips that I use, to avoid giving in to the convenience we call junk food. If you start practicing some of these ideas, you won't be perfect, but it will definitely help you avoid reaching for convenient foods.
