Yes, you can actually exercise too much!
You wouldn't think this would be a problem, but it's much more prominent than you think. Can't tell you how many people have plateaud or hurt themselves by overtraining.
You don't have to exercise 2 hours a day, or hit the same body part repeatedly to see results. Follow the science, you'll even get some extra time added back in to your day!
